Yes. Our boxing and kickboxing small group training classes are designed for beginners and experienced members, and most first timers who walk through the door have never thrown a punch before. Coaches break down proper form, show you how to hit the bag safely, and guide you through simple combos that build confidence fast. You can move at your own pace, take breaks when you need them, and scale everything to your comfort level. The goal is to help you learn, sweat, and have fun, not feel overwhelmed.

The Omni Fight Club workout is a blend of boxing, kickboxing, strength training, core work, and cardio intervals, all rolled into a high energy group fitness class. You will hit the bags, lift weights, move through conditioning rounds, and get a full body session without having to figure anything out on your own. Each round is coached, structured, and designed to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and overall athletic ability. It is a results driven workout that stays fun and never repetitive.

Each Omni Fight Club class is 60 minutes, giving you a complete training session from start to finish. You will warm up, work the bags, move into strength and cardio rounds, and finish with a cooldown and stretch. The pacing keeps you engaged and the structure makes the hour go by fast, even though you are getting a full body sweat that leaves you feeling accomplished.

You can expect stronger muscles, better cardio, and a confidence boost that shows up in the rest of your life. Our studio is in Roswell off GA-400 and Holcomb Bridge Road, with easy access for anyone coming from Alpharetta, East Cobb, or Sandy Springs. We are located on Old Alabama Road near the PGA Superstore, right in the heart of the community and close to plenty of local shops and restaurants. It is easy to find and even easier to make part of your routine.
